Are my pieces dishwasher & microwave safe?
All pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. I always recommend hand washing to preserve the finish of glazes and avoid unwanted breakages. ** If your piece has any gold or silver detailing, these are not suitable for the microwave. **

Domestic Shipping?
All domestic orders are shipped with 72 hours of payment.
Please Note: If you have ordered a CUSTOM or PRE-ORDER piece, please refer back to original product listing for wait times.

International Shipping?
Not at the moment. Please email if you wish you place an order and live outside of Australia.

RETURNS
Do you offer returns/exchanges/refunds?
No returns/exchanges/refunds are accepted for change of mind.

What if my piece arrives broken?
Although our pieces are carefully packed, accidents happen! If your piece arrives broken, please email alr.by.abigailrook@outlook.com with photos of damaged product, original packaging and any other relevant images, once confirmed, I will organise a return and replacement piece.
